Marc Besinaiz brings a lifetime of service, sacrifice, and community commitment to The Bezines Group LLC. Co-founded alongside his brother Stephen, both are proud sons and grandsons of military combat veterans — a legacy that runs deep in the Besinaiz family and fuels everything they build.

Their dedication to veterans is deeply personal. Their father, a Vietnam veteran, suffered from Agent Orange exposure and ultimately gave his life to those injuries. Their grandfather served as a WWII patriot until his final breath. Two great uncles made the ultimate sacrifice in combat during WWII — losses both brothers continue to honor to this day.

With a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Ottawa University, a Master's in Education for Health Care Professionals from Texas A&M, and an ALM from Harvard University (December 2026), Marc combines academic excellence with decades of real-world experience proudly serving Texans since 1998. The Bezines Group LLC is their commitment in action — veteran-owned, Texas-built, and founded by a family that has lived the true cost of service.

Lieutenant Colonel Stephen-Michael Besinaiz (Ret.) brings over 28 years of distinguished military service to The Bezines Group LLC. A decorated Special Operations veteran, Stephen co-founded TBG LLC alongside his brother Marc, driven by the same family legacy of service, sacrifice, and an unshakeable commitment to those who wear the uniform.

Stephen's military career spanned four continents, with combat deployments across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. As a recognized Special Operations Forces Subject Matter Expert within the Department of Defense, he led high-performance teams through counterterrorism operations, influence operations, and strategic campaign planning — often in the most austere environments with minimal support.

His understanding of what military families face during PCS moves, deployments, and transitions is firsthand. That experience is exactly why The Bezines Group LLC exists — to provide veterans and military families with the reliable, dignified housing solutions they deserve. A proud disabled veteran, son and grandson of military combat veterans, Stephen's lifetime of service to this country now continues through building solutions that serve the community he loves.
